What we hold

When you order, we see whatever you send on WhatsApp — typically a name, a device type, and a payment confirmation. We use that to activate and support your account.

This website

The public site does not run an account system. The contact form only opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; it does not store the form on our servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We share what is required to process payment or to keep the streaming service running.

How long

Chat history stays as long as we need it to support an active or recently expired subscription, then we have no reason to keep it.
